Information you provide

The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional organization and nonprofit status, selected services, budget range, timeline, project brief, and permission to contact you. We also create an inquiry reference and submission timestamp. We receive any information you voluntarily include in email correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries are saved in the site’s hosted database so the studio can review and respond to them. The form also sends your inquiry to FormSubmit for email delivery to the studio’s designated inboxes and an acknowledgment to you. FormSubmit and email providers process that information to deliver those messages. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy. Permission to reply to an inquiry is not consent to an unrelated marketing mailing list.

Technical information and storage

Hosting, security, and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and error logs to deliver and protect the site. The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. If you use a sign-in feature, the authentication provider handles sign-in and may provide your name and email address to the site for access control.

The site’s own code does not currently include advertising pixels or cross-site advertising trackers. Hosting or authentication services may use cookies or similar technologies needed for security or sign-in. Browser controls can limit cookies, although doing so may affect those features. Optional, owner-only video diagnostics use temporary session storage and record browser, page, scroll, and video-timing information when the owner enables recording; they do not record inquiry text.

Why information is used and shared

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess and manage requested projects, communicate with you, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and operate or troubleshoot the site. Information may be processed by hosting, database, form-delivery, authentication, and email providers as needed for these purposes. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service. This website does not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

Inquiry records and related emails are retained while needed to respond, follow up, administer a project, or meet recordkeeping, legal, or dispute-related needs. Retention depends on the record and purpose; records are not automatically deleted when a browser session ends. You may request deletion using the contact below. Some records may need to be retained where law or legitimate recordkeeping obligations require it. Access controls are used for the studio’s inquiry dashboard, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit the form, omit optional information, or ask us to stop following up. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, email create@paxmentismedia.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Please identify the email used for your inquiry; do not send identity documents unless a secure verification method has been agreed. We may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law.

Depending on your location and whether a law applies to our business, you may have additional rights, including portability, objection, or an appeal of a denied request. You may ask us to reconsider a decision by emailing the same address with “Privacy appeal.” We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under law.

Children and international visitors

This site is intended for business and adult project inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. Our studio is based in the United States; service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Changes and contact

We will update this page and its effective date when our website practices change. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change in how information is used.
